As a member of EASA (Electric Apparatus Servicemen's Association), we are a full service repair shop offering both in-house and on-site repair services for your damaged or problematic motors and pumps. Our repair services are also offered for associated components of pumping systems such as controls, sensors, and gearboxes. As a one-stop shop, we can perform on-site system analysis, on-site or in-house repair, rebuilding, replacement, and installation of the refurbished equipment. Emergency after-hour motor repair services are also offered.

We have the capability to repair most types of motors, including specialized servo motors. Repair services are also offered for most types of pumps, including horizontal, vertical, and turbine. Our capabilities include dynanometer testing DC motors, motor rewinding, and bearing temperature monitoring. Extensive fabricating capabilities, such as machining, plasma cutting, and welding, further support our repair services. We also dynamic balance. Our finishing and secondary services include sandblasting, painting, and epoxy coating. Our portable sandblasting equipment allows for on-site finishing operations.

We offer a full set of modifications and upgrades for pumps and motors. Some common modifications include adding cooling fans, thermal sensors, heaters, and bearing and seal upgrades. We can perform in-house energy efficiency tests for your motors to verify their performance, and provide a computer generated report as verification. All pumps are tested (as permissible) prior to leaving our shop.
